Returns policy

Changing, modifying or canceling your order can only be done by phone, by calling us at 2671022546 . (Line opening hours: Monday - Friday 10.00 - 14.00 & 18.00 - 20.00)

In case you wish to return the product you have purchased, you have the option to do so in 2 ways within 14 calendar days. Either by delivering the product to our store, or by sending it at your own expense. In any case, the product (s) must be in the original condition and packaging, and proof of purchase must be provided.

In case of defective product, it is replaced and returned to you at no charge to you. In case of non-defective product the return and replacement is the responsibility of the sender.

Refunds on non-defective products do not apply.
