Dr. Zucker is a psychopath with a double life. In the morning he performs the most complex ophthalmic surgeries. At night, however, he turns to more special patients: women, who open their eyes, literally.
He removes their eyelids, rapes them and lets them escape.
So far all the victims have committed suicide.
As the police have no eyewitnesses or other information, they ask for the help of Alina Gregoriev.
The blind physiotherapist, who is considered a psychic after her collaboration in the Eye Collector case, is called upon to give them information about Zucker's next "patient".
Despite her hesitations, she agrees to help, unaware that she will find herself in a whirlwind of paranoia and violence.
Alexander Chorbach's boyfriend is the only one who could free her, but he has fallen into utter apathy after his son was abducted by the Eye Collector.
They both deal with their confidence as they choose to embark on their play activities.
